Pudo parcel sizes explained
Updated 5 Oct 2026
Pudo lockers use five box sizes, and the same sizes are used for every Pudo route. Sellers choose a size for each item when they list it.
Size | Dimensions (L × W × H) | Up to |
|---|---|---|
Extra small (XS) | 60 × 17 × 8 cm | 2 kg |
Small (S) | 60 × 41 × 8 cm | 5 kg |
Medium (M) | 60 × 41 × 19 cm | 10 kg |
Large (L) | 60 × 41 × 41 cm | 15 kg |
Extra large (XL) | 60 × 41 × 69 cm | 20 kg |
For buyers
The parcel size is shown at checkout under each delivery option, for example "Medium parcel · 60 × 41 × 19 cm · up to 10 kg". You can't change it. It's set by the seller and determines the shipping price.
For sellers
On the Sell form, under delivery options, tick Pudo locker and/or Pudo to your door.
Choose a size from XS to XL for each Pudo option you tick. A newly ticked option starts at Small, or at the size you've already chosen for another Pudo option.
Pick the smallest size your item fits into when packed, within the weight limit.
Pack the item to fit the size you chose. Your sale page shows the size the order was booked with, for example "Pack it to fit a medium parcel".
When a buyer orders more than one item from you, the parcel is sized from the largest item and moved up one size (up to Extra large). See How is shipping priced?
