How do I send an item I've sold?
Updated 5 Oct 2026
When an item sells, you'll get a "You made a sale" notification and email. Open the sale from Sales to see what to do next.
Pudo orders
Yews books the Pudo shipment for you automatically. You don't need to arrange anything with Pudo yourself.
Wait for the "Shipping label ready" notification. Until then, the sale page shows "Booking with Pudo — your label will be ready shortly."
On the sale page, under Shipping label, open the Waybill and the Sticker.
Pack the item to fit the parcel size shown, for example "Pack it to fit a medium parcel".
Print the label and hand the parcel over.
How you hand it over depends on your shipping origin:
Pudo locker: take the parcel to the locker set as your shipping origin.
Door collection: Pudo collects the parcel from your collection address.
Your shipping origin is set in Store settings. See Setting up your store.
Send items promptly after they sell, using the delivery option the buyer chose.
Local pickup orders
There's nothing to book. Arrange a time and place with the buyer in chat, and tap Handed over on the sale page once they have the item. See Local pickup and meet-ups.
After you've sent it
The order moves to Shipped when Pudo collects the parcel, then Delivered. Your payment is released when the buyer marks it as received, or automatically 3 days after delivery. See When do I get paid for a sale?
Can't send it?
If you can't go ahead with the sale, tap Cancel sale on the sale page and give a reason. You can only do this before the order has shipped. The buyer is refunded to their wallet, the item is relisted, and any Pudo booking is cancelled.
