When do I get paid for a sale?
Your sale money is held until the buyer confirms receipt, or released automatically 3 days after delivery. It then goes into your Yews wallet.
How does my Yews wallet work?
Your wallet holds money from sales, refunds and referral payouts. Spend it at checkout or withdraw it to your bank account.
Paying for an order
Pay by card, and use your Yews Points and wallet balance towards the total. Payments are processed securely.
Saving and managing your cards
Save a card at checkout for faster payments next time, then choose your default card or remove cards under Saved cards in your Profile.
Withdrawing money to your bank account
Add a South African bank account in your name, then withdraw from your wallet. The minimum withdrawal is R50 and you can have one withdrawal in progress at a time.
