If you'd rather chat privately than ask a public question, you can message the seller directly.
Open the listing.
Tap Message seller.
Write your message and send it.
You can also send photos and PDF documents in a conversation.
You need a verified email address to send and receive messages. See Why do I need to verify my email address?
When someone replies, you'll see it in Alerts, and as a push notification if you've turned them on. See Notifications, alerts and push.
A seller can send you a custom checkout, a bundle of their items at a price they've set. See Paying for a custom checkout.
Keep payments on Yews. Never pay a seller outside the app.
If someone is abusive, sends spam or asks you to pay outside Yews, report them from the ⋮ menu at the top of the conversation.
